INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz Monday Gin
• 1½  Kiwi puree
• ½ oz Lemon juice
• 2½ oz Semblance

GARNISH

• Kiwi slice

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake Monday Gin, kiwi puree, and lemon juice with ice.  Strain over ice in a bucket glass, top with Semblance, and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
