We have a regular subscription for Semblance sparking NA wine which we love. Recently we had a snowstorm that caused a delay in the delivery of our order and all the bottles in our order arrived frozen and broken. I emailed the company and let them know; within 24 hours they offered to replace the bottles or refund the cost of our order. They were gracious and easy to deal with and we appreciated that!
