Ingredients

• 2 oz Monday Gin
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz Simple syrup
• 2 oz Semblance

Garnish

• Lemon wedge
• Mint sprig

Instructions

Combine Monday Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold about 20 seconds. Strain the cocktail through a strainer into a flute. Top with Semblance. Garnish with lemon and mint.
