- 1 egg white
- Rhubarb bitters
- 2 oz Seedlip
Place egg white into a shaker. Add 6-8 drops of rhubarb bitters to the shaker. Measure 2 oz of Seedlip and pour into the shaker.
Add ice into the shaker and shake till a froth forms. Pour Semblance into coupe glass about 2/3 full. Double strain egg whites over the top of the champagne. Garnish with rose petals
