- 2 oz Blackberry rosemary syrup
- 3 oz Semblance
- Rosemary sprig
Shake blackberry rosemary syrup with ice, add Semblance then strain into a coup. Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary.
Blackberry rosemary syrup - In a pot place ½ cup fresh blackberries, ½ cup water, ¼ cup sugar, and a sprig of rosemary. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon, then blend to puree.
